Managing your perk
Change it, pause it, or unplug it
Changing the point amount
Edit the perk from your dashboard. New members get the new amount from that moment on. Members who already got their bonus keep what they have.
Pausing
Toggle the perk off. New members keep joining your loyalty program as usual, they just don't get a bonus until you turn it back on. Pause for a day or a year; nothing breaks.
Disconnecting Square
Click Disconnect Square in your dashboard settings. Perk stops listening for new members immediately, and your loyalty program keeps running in Square as if Perk was never there.
Your account and settings stick around, so reconnecting later picks up right where you left off.
Reconnecting Square
Click Connect Square and approve the connection again. New members start getting bonuses from that point forward. Anyone who joined while you were disconnected isn't back-paid.
